The Malaysian government will soon be welcoming the newest members of its police force. Len Armitage and his team from Osborne Truck Bodies were given the task of building and designing eight state-of-the-art mobile medical and police trucks for the Malaysian government.
With more than 15 years experience in the truck body game Len had no problem designing and building the units to meet the Malaysian Government’s requirements.
There was however one major factor that needed to be answered. Which generator would provide economical and reliable power to the truck's advanced medical equipment?
Len and his team conducted their research and chose the Kubota GL9000 offered to him by the team at Boya Equipment in Balcatta WA.
With the GL9000 only being 696mm in height and 1285mm in length and producing a low 68dBA noise level the GL9000 was perfect. Providing 8kVA continuous and 9kVA stand-by power, the generator is more than capable than handling the loads that will be asked of it in the day to day duties of the Malaysian Police Force.
With a low Total Harmonic Distortion level of less than 5.5 % the unit is suitable for UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) such as computers and other sensitive equipment.
