Konecranes , crane equipment manufacturers and specialists, has opened their new office branch at Singleton, Hunter Valley in order to enhance their services for their customers in the Hunter Valley region – especially for the coal and mining industries. The Singleton branch also benefits reducing travel time for crane technicians to reach customers with service requests and breakdowns.
“The Hunter Valley is full of activity at the moment, with both the coal mining industry and general industry experiencing huge growth in the area. Existing and potential customers are delighted to discover that we are opening a new branch in the area,” says Konecranes District Manager, David Eynaud.
“Plus by having personnel close to our key customers, it will allow Konecranes to develop a more personalised service when attending to our customers’ needs.”
Konecranes, are said to be the leading construction crane manufacturers with all Konecranes crane equipment and crane serving at all major mines in the Hunter Valley region.
The new Konecranes Singleton branch workshop and office will begin with six experienced crane technicians working directly out of the office and with crane technician support from the Newcastle branch.
