For automatic pedestrian doors, the new Australian Standard AS5007 requires regular maintenance to ensure safety and reliability, and many organisations have a responsibility under their lease or insurance agreements to routinely maintain and repair the roller shutters, automatic doors, revolving doors and gates in their buildings.
KONE Building Doors have released a simple online tool that will email the customer a service agreement in three steps. The process is non-binding that allows the customer to generate the proposal and review it in their own time prior to determining if they can proceed.
Customers must visit the company website and complete the following three steps:
- Select the service agreement type that best suits the needs of the customer
- Select the number and type of doors in the building
- Enter the site details and the company information
A proposal document is emailed to customers instantly.
