Klausen will promote products from Jyoti Ceramic Industries and WAB milling and mixing equipment on Stand B1073 at AIMEX.
Jyoti products on show at AIMEX will include Zirconox and Zircosil ceramic grinding media designed to improve the efficiency of ultra fine wet grinding mills; Alu-Cera composite panels combining abrasion-resistant ceramic cylinders and tiles with a rubber base for improving the life of feeders, chutes, bins and conveyor transfer points; Aluma Coat ceramic coating for corrosion, abrasion and chemical resistance on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, stone, concrete, wood and plastics; and Zircoat, a zirconia-based coating with high temperature resistance up to 1800°C and high chemical resistance.
Klausen will also highlight its WAB (Willy A Bachofen) milling and mixing equipment line at the exhibition.
This includes the WAB Dyno-Mill, described as being suited to small-scale production or speciality products, with more than 8000 installed worldwide.
The WAB Turbula shaker mixer will also be on display at stand B1073.
“The Turbula is designed for small volume applications such as testing laboratories where minimum mixing times together with the highest homogeneity standards are required,” Klausen spokesman Anthony Klein said.
“It is ideal for homogenous mixing of powdery substances with different specific weights and particles sizes.”
Klausen said the Turbula was exceptionally efficient due to its use of rotation, translation and inversion according to the Schatz geometric theory.
“The mixing container goes through a three dimensional movement that exposes the product to an always-changing, rhythmically pulsing motion, delivering the highest requirements in a minimum amount of time.”
