Kinder & Company is pleased to announce a supply agreement with one of America’s leading custom industrial rubber manufacturers, Bi-State Rubber Inc.
Bi-State Rubber manufactures custom conveyor belting for a range of industrial applications as well as weigh feeder belts, shot blast belts and magnetic separators.
Weigh feeder belts are available with a range of flanges as well as sidewall designs and can be mechanically spliced or vulcanised. In addition, tumble and shot blast belts are also manufactured by the company.
The company’s cleated magnetic separator belting features an improved bonding process which hot vulcanises 25mm x 25mm cleats to the base belt making them an integral part of the belt top cover.
The tough and reliable separator belts are available in a range of standard sizes as replacement belts for common brand separation equipment.
Additionally, Air Slide fabrics are constructed using the newer needled technology offering consistent air permeability and ensuring even flow of particulate compared to traditional woven constructed material.
The company also provides a range of custom designed flue duct and metal bellows expansion joints using a variety of materials, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications.
Metal bellows expansion joints are available in a range of configurations including single unrestrained, tied single, universal unrestrained, tied universal, pressure balanced or externally pressurised.
Founded in 1970, the privately owned company has customers and business relationships worldwide in the cement, quarrying, foundry and die-cast industries.
Kinder & Co Managing Director, Neil Kinder said the relationship offered the Australian industry a high quality and reliable alternative.
