KINDER and Company's K-Block primary belt cleaner contains carryover within the main material flow on conveyor systems.
Usually installed at the front head of a pulley, the unit cleans the belt to help eliminate material spillage commonly caused by belt mistracking, as well as accumulation of carryover deposited under the conveyor structure.
The unit is well protected from potential corrosion and a full stainless steel model is available for highly corrosive environments. A wide range of tensioning devices is available and these include screw, counterweight and air operated.
K-Block can be installed with a secondary cleaner or motorised brush cleaner to handle difficult materials - both of these systems are included in the Kinder range.
Purpose formulated abrasion resistant and resilient K-Thane 80 polyurethane forms a segmented blade material, with a combined ceramic tip blade available for severe abrasive conditions.
The blades are easy replaced by removing the whole assembly through the bolt-on side access. Kinder and Co 03 9553 4533.
