An impact socket range manufactured from high quality chrome molybdenum alloy steel (Cr-Mo), designed for long service life in the professional environment, has been launched by specialist tool company, Kincrome .
Hardened and tempered for durability and rust prevention for top performance in severe conditions, the range is strong and more durable than the traditional chrome vanadium steel and comes with the exclusive Kincrome lifetime guarantee.
Covering ½’’ and ¾” square drives, the new range is not only suitable for automotive industry use but Kincrome offers a large range to suit agricultural, construction and engineering applications with Torx and Hex impact socket sets for multiple applications.
To avoid scratching modern and expensive mag car wheels, wheel nut sockets incorporate replaceable plastic protective sleeves colour coded in 17, 19 and 21 mm sizes.
Swivel sockets pivot and rotate at 30 degree angles to help reach those out of the way fasteners and flip sockets with 2-way socket sizes, utilise one socket for two different sizes to be simply flicked from one size to the other.
Over-tightening is avoided with the use of torque extension bars which flex with each blow of the impact gun. The operator simply follows the vehicle user manual to establish the size which is colour coded for quick and easy identification.
For long term serviceability in the workshop, packaging is in heavy duty metal boxes with 2mm inner PVC trays carrying screen printed identification.
Completing this quality program is a new 19.2 Volt ½” Kincrome cordless impact wrench which includes two batteries and a quick charger.
The new impact wrench has a maximum tightening torque of 295ft/lb (400N-m) and is capable of loosening and tightening up to 150 wheel nuts on one full battery charge.
The new Kincrome impact socket set range is available from automotive and industrial outlets nation-wide.
