Kennards Hire ’s rapid expansion of their branch network in recent years has given them the capacity to supply multiple numbers of elevating work platforms at short notice. With more than 90 hire centres across Australia, they can mobilise the required equipment.
The Kennards’ fleet includes a big range of scissor lifts, boom lifts, man lifts and trailer-mounted mobile hydraulic platforms (cherry pickers). Total Construction hired three 10m (32ft) scissor lifts from Kennards to help with a building project for Vision Australia in Melbourne.
Three battery-powered, 5.8m (19 feet) scissor lifts were used by a range of trades working on the construction of a funky warehouse of stylish office lofts in Fitzroy, Melbourne. According to Peter Cahill, Managing Director, Domain Hill Property Group, who developed the Smith Street Lofts, they did some homework before hiring and Kennards had come up with good quality machines at a good price.
