Kennards Hire are replacing older hot water blasters with a new electric model, designed for industrial and construction applications. This new machine is ideal for removing grease, oil and food deposits including chewing gum.
The new electric hot water blaster is a single phase, easy-to-use, strong electric model that is designed for continuous operation.
The machine delivers 1500psi pressure, a flow of 11 litres per minute and water temperature up to 140 degrees. Detergents can be added to the blaster but is not needed for most applications.
The Bertolini triplex pump features stainless steel valves, a double seal system and solid ceramic pistons for long life and durability.
The steam is generated through a diesel fired boiler with a stainless steel AISI 304 fire box and chimney. The machine and the operator are protected by a safety system that includes a thermal dump valve and inbuilt safety valve to protect against pressure spikes.
The pump and motor run at a slow speed of 1450rpm.
