The large planetary grinder is among a range of new Husqvarna equipment which has been purchased by Kennards Concrete Care for its hire centres in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Kennards Concrete Care’s Darda C12 Hydraulic Splitter for Ridgeway Gold Mine (14-Aug-2008)
In early June 2008, Kennards Concrete Care supplied a Darda C12 Hydraulic Splitter for a trial at the Ridgeway Gold Mine, located near Orange in the central west of NSW. The Darda C12 Hydraulic Splitter was used to break some oversize boulders which had been specially selected and trucked from the production level 850 metres below surface.

A new diamond chainsaw, hired from Kennards Concrete Care, enabled a demolition contractor to cut five door openings through double brick in additional quick time during a major refurbishment project. The chainsaw, which can also be used on reinforced concrete, masonry and rock, plunge cuts to a depth of 350mm.
