Threaded Caps and Plugs Available
UN (JIC)CD series threaded caps protect UN (JIC) threads against mechanical damage and also seal out dirt and moisture. Easy to use knurled grip insures a tight fit. Great for masking or protecting during a secondary process. eg. painting, dipping etc
Threaded SAE Plugs are for S A E straight threaded “O” ringed type ports.
Threaded BSP Caps600 series caps have a half tonned thread to enable them to screw on to male BSP fittings. They are used where a positive fit and easy removal is required, or when re use is necessary.
Flareless Nut and Tube PDE Series Plugs are designed to fit MS-21921 tube and nut assemblies. They can be applied by light finger tightening.
Flare Threaded PD series Plugs, designed for use on flared fittings will seal low pressure requirements with light finger tightening.
Machine Thread RP series Plugs are a general purpose, machine threaded plug having a knurled edge, a spanner hexagon and screwdriver slot to enable easy fitting and removal.
Flat Faced Threaded PDF Series Plugs are easy for mechanical or hand installation on flat faced “O" ring fittings, including hydraulic fittings.
Threaded SAE RPO Series Plugs provide a positive seal on SAE straight threaded ports.

Non Threaded Caps and Plugs available
Kelvindale SC Series Sleeve Caps are a parallel molded cap to protect the outside diameter of tubing, shafts, threaded and non threaded rod.
- They make excellent masks for painting or sand blasting etc.
- Available in over 53 sizes.
- They may also be cut, punched or slit.
FC Series caps are a cap within a cap. They can be easily applied to flareless hydraulic tube and nut assemblies. The outer caps conforms to the nut shape whilst the inner cap covers the tube and sleeve inside.
Snap In SP Series Plugs “snap” into female threads such as those used in the hydraulics industry.
- There are sizes to suit JIC, BSP and some metric threads.

Series K Tubing Plugs are especially designed for applications where the outside diameter of the closure should not exceed the outside diameter of the tubing. Flanges fit flush with outer walls of tubing, providing positive protection against moisture and dirt.
EC Series Connector Caps are designed for easy application and removal on threaded and smooth connectors.
