KHS has released the Innoket RFL roll-fed labelling equipment. It is designed for the entry capacity range and is able to apply labels at outputs of up to 12,000 containers an hour.
The labeller applies wraparound labels to plastic and glass bottles or jars as easily as cans. It is suitable for the beverage and food industries. It can handle roll-fed plastic film labels.
It is designed as a linear labelling machine incorporating the benefits of a low cost of investment and a compact and clearly arranged design. The machines are suitable for integration in existing bottling lines.
The linear design enables the labeller to do without format parts such as infeed stars, discharge stars, guide curves, and turntables. The result is uncomplicated handling and less time required for changeover due to reduced format part changing.
Standard equipment includes web edge checking, servo-driven label length control, a high-performance gluing unit, a durable rotary cutter, and a no-wear vacuum transfer system.
