KHS Pacific will be presenting a very special modular dry area concept for medium-sized companies, at Interpack 2002, to be held in Dusseldorf, Germany, from April 24-30. The concept involves a packing line designed to process cardboard packagings at outputs ranging from 4,000 up to 18,000 bottles or units an hour.
Also on exhibit will be an Innopal LN palletiser designed especially for medium-size plants and capable of handling nearly 12,000 bottles or units an hour.
In the field of labelling technology, further development of the roll-fed generation of Innoket RF 25 labellers will be presented. Increased availability of the Innoket RF 25 labeller is achieved by equipping the vacuum drum with replaceable pads.
The use of replaceable half-shells in the cutter ensures exact adjustment to various label formats. These and other improvements mean providing maximum convenience coupled with increasing the output of the Innoket RF 25 to 30,000 containers an hour.
The Innoket Roland 8 H labeller is an innovation presented by KHS Anker that is equipped with three pressure-sensitive labelling units for dressing bottles with body, shoulder, and back labels simultaneously.
The Innoket 8 H is designed primarily for processing glass and contour containers. Round containers are aligned regardless of the shape by means of toes or notches in the infeed starwheel and recessed turrets in the rotary for contour containers.
High quality no-label look is achieved by the Innoket 8 H by using transparent peel and stick labels. The maximum output range of the Innoket 8 H is approximately 9,000 containers an hour.
Another subject area of significance during the Interpack will be KHS' modern REDIS (Remote Diagnostic Service). Modern diagnostic services include display-screen-based machine and line analyses. Diagnostic services can be provided from KHS' headquarters if the customer desires.
