Microwave vials from John Morris Scientific
Microwave vials from John Morris Scientific

John Morris Scientific are pleased to offer Biotage’s range of Microwave Vials. Microwave Vials come in four sizes (0.2-0.5mL, 0.5-2.0mL, 2.0-50mL and 10-20mL) to hold reaction volumes from 200 μL - 20 mL and enable microwave synthesis from milligrams to grams without the need for re-optimization.

During sealed vessel microwave synthesis, the temperature and pressure builds-up inside the reaction vessel and can reach significant levels. Biotage has made microwave energy safe and efficient by creating reaction vials specifically for microwave applications. The microwave vials are made from contaminant–free Type I and Class A borosilicate glass and can withstand operating pressures up to 300 psi (20 bar).

Biotage microwave vials ship ready for use, with caps and stir bars for each vial included.
