John Morris Scientific have introduced Adixen Sensistor’s new 9012 XRS Hydrogen leak detector, which is suitable for leak detection on gas-filled telephone cables and power cables. The 9012 XRS will detect any leak from major leaks visible with the naked eye to leaks that are so small, which need high performance microscope to see.
The inherent characteristics of Hydrogen enable fast, precise and safe leak location and qualification. Hydrogen leak detection is done with a safe, non-flammable and food additive certified 5% Hydrogen in 95% Nitrogen gas mix. Hydrogen is transported quickly to the leaks and dissipates faster than other tracer gases, resulting in faster results.
The 9012 XRS Hydrogen leak detector weighs 2.5kg, is easy to use and features visual as well as audible leak signals. The 9012 XRS Hydrogen leak detectors are waterproof. This feature makes them suitable for outdoor use as they can be charged on the road through a 12V charger.
The wide range of accessories from John Morris Scientific includes special duct probes, aerial cable probes, surface probes and probe wheeling carts.
