Gilson’s new GmCLab from John Morris Scientific is a compact and reliable, fixed-speed micro-centrifuge.
Designed to fit on even the crowded laboratory bench, it is easy to use and features a transparent lid which can be opened to an angle of 160o allowing complete access to all tubes. It has a speed range up to 6, 2000 rpm - 2,910 x g.
The GmCLab includes two rotors and can accommodate 8 micro tubes (1.5 or 2.0 mL) or 2 strips of 8 PCR (0.2 mL) tubes or 16 single PCR tubes.
Smooth and quick stop functions make the GmCLab ideal for rapid centrifugation and for extra security there are also features like a dynamic brake for emergency stops. Activation is simple by just closing the lid.
