John Morris Scientific  presents a new line of laser particle sizers from Fritsch that uses a dynamic light scattering technique to enable the measurement of particle size distributions between 1 and 6000nm.  

Fritsch’s new Analysette 12 DynaSizer has an extremely wide concentration range of 0.0003 % to 40 wt %.  

The Analysette 12 DynaSizer laser particle sizers need only small sample volumes of < 50 µl when measuring particles, applying the particles directly to the optical measuring cell inside the instrument. The new laser particle sizers make disposables such as cuvettes obsolete.  

When measuring the thickness of a sample with the Analysette 12 DynaSizer laser particle sizers, the strength of the particle measurement layer can be variably adjusted. This enables the measurement of extremely thin layers and prevents unwanted multi-scattering effects. It also facilitates the measurement of highly concentrated suspensions as well in opaque media.  

Analysette 12 DynaSizer laser particle sizers also allow the power of the laser to be adjusted to enable the measurement of very dark samples or high particle concentrations of up to 40 wt %.
