Biotage have created a database which contains over 5200 methods for microwave synthesis. Known as PathFinder, this worldwide database is quick and easy to use and can be accessed via the internet, and available through John Morris Scientific .

PathFinder contains four major tools:

Biotage PathFinder: Search using simple keywords, to find microwave conditions for your reactions of interest along with experimental details and information needed to perform the reactions.
Microwave Cookbook: Browse through a selection of popular reactions from the PathFinder
Ask-a-Chemist: Communicate directly with a team of Chemists experienced in microwave synthesis
Vapour Pressure Calculator: Automatically calculate vapour pressure for common solvents

PathFinder is updated monthly with information from scientific partners and recent literature. Reactions are regualy checked for accuracy and unclear processes are verified with authors directly,
