JOHN Heine & Son will be displaying a rebuilt press at NMW 2004, fitted with a fully adjustable interlocking die guard supplied by Guarding Specialist Pty Ltd.
Due to the strength and reliability built into the John Heine machines, rebuilding makes great sense.
The company stocks a range of machines from small 2-ton units to larger 80-ton and occassionaly 125-ton presses. Guillotines are also available for sheet metal shops.
The machines are all brought back to good working order, comply with current guarding requirements, and will give trouble-free running for many years.
For companies with special purpose machines that can't easily replace the plant they use, John Heine can rebuild that equipment and greatly extend the useful life.
Being machine manufacturers, the company has a deep understanding of the repair work needed and the facilities to manufacture the parts required. Stand A44.
