JOHN Hart will be displaying a comprehensive range of the most advanced technology from the world's leading manufacturers.
On display from Yamazaki Mazak will be the Integrex 200MkIII which will be performing cutting demonstrations in five fully-simultaneous axes. The Integrex MkIII series features increased machine speed and rigidity, unsurpassed accuracy, superior specifications, the ease of the proven Mazatrol programming system and unparalleled market acceptance.
Another highlight will be the first appearance of the new Mazak Horizontal Centre Nexus 6000 and Fanuc vision system cell. In this display is a Fanuc R2000iA-165F robot with the new Fanuc 3D vision system. This world leading technology uses a 2D camera and a 3D laser to combine to allow the robot to automatically pick up random parts from a stillage, orientate them and load into the new HCN6000.
The Nexus range will be featured with Quick Turn Nexus 250M and VCN510C machines on display. Both machines will be performing on stand cutting demonstrations which highlight the advantages generated by these highly productive technologies.
In the metrology area will be the Brown & Sharpe One shop floor CMM. The quality of build, excellent software and value for money of these machines ensures they are the CMM of choice for firms looking to increase their production quality.
There will also be displays of the Sigma Pool range of products, OneSpace Designer CAD software, Hypermill CAM software and a variety of accessories including Losma air filtration units, SMW Autoblok chucks, Renishaw probing and more.
