2008 heralds a year of celebrations at the Jim’s Group, as the franchise company turns 25. Beginning life in 1983 as a backyard mowing business run by Jim Penman, the group is now the large home services group with over 2,800 franchisees.
As the second arm of Jim’s created not long after mowing, Jim’s Cleaning is the second largest division within the group and operates master franchises throughout Australia, New Zealand and shortly the UK.
To celebrate the Silver Jubilee milestone, Jim’s Cleaning will be offering special deals on franchises and cleaning services across their entire range of specialist franchised divisions – general cleaning, carpet cleaning, windows, pressure cleaning and car cleaning and detailing.
The huge team of over 250 franchisees nationwide will also be getting into the festive spirit by offering great value packages for people wanting to experience using a professional cleaner for the first time.
Right across the Jim’s Group, franchisees and master franchisees alike will be celebrating a 25 year run which has seen the franchise industry in Australia grow from a few small businesses into a major part of its business sector.
