2008 heralds the 25th year for franchising giant Jim’s Cleaning, and January 1st was the first day for the 250th Jim’s Cleaning Group franchisee.
Signing contracts on Boxing Day and ready to start on the first day of 2008, Bob Hillier and Tony Mik have left long standing careers in the security industry to be their own boss with Jim’s Cleaning.
Based in Adelaide, they will provide the full range of general cleaning services to both commercial and domestic cleaning customers, and already have big plans to expand their franchise by adding a large team of employees and subcontractors – all by the middle of the year.
Bob and Tony are a typical example of how a Jim’s Cleaning business is not just a cleaning business – rather it is a ticket to freedom and can be built into a booming business where the size is limited only by imagination.
All Jim’s Cleaning franchisees can add extra vans, employees or subcontractors at any time for no further costs, and can even build and split off parts of their client base to make capital gains along the way.
On congratulating the newest Jim’s Cleaning franchisees on helping him hit the 250 milestone, CEO and founder Haydar Hussein said “250 franchisees is great news for Jim’s Cleaning as it means we can offer a truly national cleaning service to our customers. But it is only the beginning of a huge period of growth for us – we are expecting to add at least 100 franchisees during 2008 and expect to have a team 1,000 strong by 2010.”
When asked how such massive growth was possible, Haydar said “Jim’s Cleaning are the fastest growing small business opportunity at the moment and this is simply because it’s an amazing business. Demand is growing and growing for our services and we are excited to be able to offer the opportunity of a lifetime to so many people in the near future.”
