CASHCODE Company, represented in Australia and New Zealand by JEA Technologies , has released the Backload SM (Fixed width) and MSM (Multi-note width) bank note validators for Australian and New Zealand dollars. They provide protection against fraud and high acceptance rates of genuine notes. They do not cost much to maintain and repair.
Optical sensors scan both sides of the notes and the note length while inductive sensors scan their magnetic properties and dielectric sensors scan their capacitive properties.
Auto tuning and calibrating optical sensors eliminate the need for recalibrating in the field. A beltless design reduces the incidence of note jams and rejects of genuine notes and also reduces maintenance costs.
An anti-vandal metal bezel reduces problems caused by foreign objects being inserted into the validator.
The validators are available with note stacking cassettes with capacities ranging from 400 to 1500 notes with a variety of locking options.
The SM and MSM series of validators are suitable for applications such as gaming, vending, transit ticketing, payment kiosks and self check out stations in supermarkets.
