Available now from Ishida Commercial Equipment (Heat and Control) , the DACS-G Series checkweigher is available with integrated metal detection and reject systems and delivers high speeds, precise accuracy, improved controls, and new weighing technology that increases productivity and line efficiency.

These checkweighers feature a DACS-G multi-range weighing capacity that allows one checkweigher to satisfy a wide variety of product sizes and speed requirements with optimal accuracy.

The new digital, high-output load cell in these checkweighers features enhanced sensitivity, while it's rigid design allows weights to stabilise more quickly to ensure faster weighing speeds.

The Ishida DACS-G Series checkweigher is available in waterproof and corrosion-resistant models with an IP69K, which are suitable for use in meat, dairy and seafood processing plants, as well as other demanding production environments. The all stainless steel construction and open frame design with circular pipe legs prevent dust and product build-up, and provide convenient access for cleaning.

Once weighing data has been collected from the DACS-G Series checkweigher, it can be saved and managed in digital format on a PC. This not only allows production status to be checked in a timely manner from a remote location remote from the production site, but also means that acquired weighing data can be collected and analysed to improve the productivity of the entire line.

Other key features of these checkweighers include Ishida's proprietary 3D Digital Filter that performs optimal noise elimination based on product size, weight and speed, and a standard USB memory slot that enables total and individual weighing data to be downloaded to a USB memory stick or computer.
