Now available from Ishida Industrial and Commercial Weighing Equipment , Ishida CCW-R series multihead weighers are new high-performance weighing devices that deliver faster speeds and greater efficiencies in wide range of applications.

Able to reach speeds of up to 180 weighments per minute, Ishida CCW-R multihead weighers perform advanced digital filtering and calculation methods to prevent missed cycles and increase weighing accuracy.

For greater efficiency, Ishida's multihead weighers feature automatic timing settings for optimum product transfer through the weigher. The self adjusting feeder control stabilises the product flow across the top of the weigher, as well as adjusting feeder vibration amplitude, which also guarantees the highest possible production efficiency.

These multihead weighers are equipped with a new operator control unit and interface that features a Windows XP operating system and offers operators the ability to send email, capture and display product photos with the built in camera, operate other line equipment, monitor production status via the USB camera on the weigher, and view weigher operation procedures with Ishida’s “System Assistant” display.

The CCW-R series multihead weigher range has an all stainless steel main body, built to a simplified body design that ensures complete access to all contact parts, which are all removable without requiring tools.

The hopper doors on these multihead weighers can be held open for cleaning, and the hoppers themselves can be individually removed and replaced while the machine is in production mode.

Available in a waterproof design for extreme environments and wet cleaning, the feeder drives on these multihead weighers have also been performance refined to reduce energy consumption rates.
