Intralox to unveil solutions for packaging conveyance needs at Auspack 2007

Packaging conveyance solutions

Representatives from Intralox Australia will present its new solutions for packaging applications at Auspack 2007, May 1-4, in Melbourne, Australia.

Intralox has long been a complete provider of conveyance solutions that increase productivity while reducing costs.

Sanitation

Intralox’s Clean Team continues to deliver conveyor sanitation technology that significantly reduces cleaning time and water usage compared to manual cleaning. The Intralox SeamFree family of belts, which includes the Series 800, Series 850, and new-the series 1650 SeamFree Minimum Hinge Flat Top belt, effectively channels water and debris away from the hinges and to the edge of the belt. The EZ Clean In Place system with patent-pending Angled EZ Clean Sprockets provides maximum cleaning efficiency in the belt underside, sprockets, and shafts.

Case handling

Intralox’s new case-handling solutions are proven to reduce operational expenses in applications such as merging, switching, sortation, and singulation. The EZ Roller Retrofit system and the award-winning series 400 Angled Roller belt eliminate line stoppages and case damage, increasing production and reducing maintenance costs by 85%. Cases remain stationary while the belt moves, accommodating a variety of case shapes and sizes.

Spiral

New products in the revolutionary line of Spiralox belting cut product waste in half, eliminate metal wear debris, and reduce maintenance and downtime costs by 75%. Product sticking and common contamination issues are eliminated. Series 2600 is available with a friction top surface for product alignment efficiency, and the Series 2700 features smaller openings for food products.
