Features of SeamFree Belting
Intralox’s EZ Clean family of products includes belts that feature a SeamFree™ design.

Molded from non porous, non absorbent plastic, each module of SeamFree belting can be assembled without bricklayed seams up to a width of 36 inches, making it the widest plastic module available on the market and minimizing debris trapping areas.
Patent pending flumes on the underside of the belt effectively channel debris away from hinges and to the edge of the belt for easy cleaning.
When used in sanitation critical applications, SeamFree belting has been proven to deliver savings in water consumption and related energy costs, as well as in cleaning time and labor.

Angled EZ Clean Sprockets
When used in conjunction with Intralox’s EZ Clean In Place system and patented Angled EZ Clean Sprockets, processors can maximize the cleanability of the belts.

The design of the Angled EZ Clean Sprockets allows for exposure of different portions of the belt underside as it rotates around the sprockets, allowing the Clean In Place system’s custom-engineered spray pattern cleaning access to 100% of the critical belt underside.

Spiral Conveyor Belts
Intralox’s revolutionary line of spiral belts for cooling, freezing, proofing or other applications saves food processors hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.

The all plastic construction of Spiralox™ belting allows for easier product release, while friction top surface options enhance product hold and alignment capabilities.
Versatile and reliable, Spiralox belting is available in a variety of turning radiuses, including 1.1, 1.6, 2.2 and 3.2.
Furthermore, the modular plastic components snap easily into place, reducing maintenance time by up to 75%.
