Case handling efficiency at Ipack-Ima 2006
INTRALOX will display their latest material handling innovation for sorting and line diverter applications, the Series 400 Angled Roller Belt (ARB), at Ipack-Ima 2006, February 14-18 in Milan, Italy.
The Intralox Series 400 Angled Roller Belt (ARB) is capable of sorting up to 200 packages per minute with incredible accuracy. Even fragile packages can be safely conveyed on its surface with minimal risk of damage or breakage.
The patented roller technology maintains a uniform position for packages, dramatically reducing manual labour costs required to clear jams or correct other line stoppages.
The ARB's simple mechanism is the in line diverter applications, which dramatically reduces downtime required for maintenance and repair. Overall, the greater productivity achieved on dividing conveyors combined with savings from reduced maintenance results in significant annual savings.
With a footprint as small as 6 square metres and possibilities for other applications, including box turning, singulation, merging and aligning, Intralox has developed another revolutionary technology for companies in the material handling industry.
