Now available from Interworld Electronics , the ABDG-ET-IN5010 Airborne family of Industrial Wireless Ethernet Bridges is a line of highly integrated 802.11 radios and device servers, designed to address the demands of complex machine-to-machine (M2M) applications.
Utilising the latest 802.11 microprocessor and network technologies, the Airborne family of Industrial Wireless Ethernet Bridges provide a broad encompassing solution for wireless applications requiring advanced security, performance, and reliability.
The ABDG-ET-IN5010 Airborne family of Industrial Wireless Ethernet Bridges allows an Ethernet enabled device to connect to a high performance wireless 802.11 network. Integrated Network Address Translation (NAT) functionality provides plug and play connectivity and simple integration to any system with an Ethernet port. The ABDG-ET-IN5010 includes an auto-sensing 10/100Mbs Ethernet port, a full featured 802.11b/g radio and a high performance ARM9 MCU running embedded Linux.
The Airborne family supports the WPA2 security standard for enterprise networks as well as WEP, WPA 802.11i and pre-shared Key(PSK). A wide range of EAP, PEAP and LEAP processes are also supported.
Designed by Quatech specifically to meet the demands of the industrial, automotive and medical markets, this Ethernet Bridge has a range of additional features including:
- a wide operating temperature range of -40ºC to + 85ºC
- a wide power supply input range of 5 to 36 VDC
- a convenient terminal blocks; and
- a ruggedised metal enclosure to withstand harsh conditions and environments.
