INTERNATIONAL Rectifier’s microelectronic relay has achieved the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Safety Certification.
The PVG612A Series microelectronic relays have obtained the status of UL Recognised Component and are included on Underwriters Laboratories File E88583 for International Rectifier. The part numbers are PVG612A, PVG612AS and PVG612AS-T.
The PVG612A is a single-pole, normally open solid-state relay rated at 60V, with 2A AC or 4A dc maximum load current.
The device features an input drive of 5mA and is fully TTL-compatible.
The input-to-output electrical withstand voltage is 4,000Vac (rms or peak) minimum.
