International Rectifier (IR) will showcase its new power management solutions at the Power Conversion Intelligent Motion (PCIM) Europe show which is being held at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center, Nuremberg, Germany, from May 27-29, 2008.
International Rectifier engineering and sales staff will demonstrate International Rectifier’s new energy-savings and high power density enabling technologies and products at the International Rectifier booth, stand 202, hall 12. In addition, International Rectifier’s power management experts will participate in the following events:
- Tuesday, May 27, 3:45 p.m. – 5:15 p.m., poster session: A Novel Control Method for Line Frequency PFC, presenter, Cesare Bocchiola
- Wednesday, May 28, 12:00 p.m. – 12:20 p.m., vendor presentation: New Innovations in Energy-efficient Power Management, presenter, Cesare Bocchiola
- Thursday, May 29, 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., technical paper: A Novel, High Efficiency Approach to Input Bridges, presenter, David Giacomini
International Rectifier will feature a range of innovative products and platforms addressing applications for lighting, audio and appliances.
It includes demonstrations of the iMOTION integrated design platform for variable speed motor drive, SmartRectifier for AC-DC power supplies, and the new X-Phase and DirectFET MOSFET chipsets, SupIRBuck family of integrated voltage regulators and iPOWIR integrated power conversion stage product line for computing and communications applications.
In addition, International Rectifier’s DC-DC converters and modules for high reliability applications, and benchmark MOSFETs, IGBTs and high-voltage ICs for a diverse range of applications will be on display.
