The Rambor top mount roofbolter, available from Integrity Pumps and Engineering , is a low pressure roofbolter with a lightweight design that ranges from 33.5kg to 44.5kg.
The Rambor top mount roofbolter has a twin dump valve system. This system increases the speed of the bolter and allows the leg sections to retract without help from the operator. Therefore, the exhaust works at twice the normal rate. It is also available with a single dump roofbolter with slower retraction.
With the Rambor top mount roofbolter, the outer leg is attached to the headpiece. This roofbolter has an advanced leg thrust and comes with a cone and cup bearing in the top end of the gear box to withstand end loads when bolting.
This type of bearing minimises maintenance on the gear box components by protecting the cam clutch and gearbox. The water jacket relief vents are fitted with water distribution blocks to avoid water leaking into the gear box motor and allows the water to be vented outside.
A unique silencer system is fitted to Rambor’s top mount roofbolter. At the coal face, noise levels are as low as 84 db (A) and due to this system, oil misting on discharge is minimised.
