The new Netzsch Nemo BY Series progressive cavity pumps are now available from Integrity Pumps and Engineering .  

Netzsch Nemo BY Series progressive cavity pumps are specifically designed for product characteristics defined as high solids content, low to high viscosity, shear-sensitive, abrasive, lubricating and non-lubricating, aggressive, adhesive or toxic.  

Netzsch Nemo BY Series progressive cavity pumps are available in capacities ranging from a few millimetres up to 400m³/h. The pumps are also available in a number of stages ranging from 1 up to 8 for pressures up to 24 bar (340psi).  

Four different rotor/stator geometries are available in these progressive cavity pumps, allowing optimisation of the pump characteristics for specific applications.  

Key advantages include compact design, flanged drive, minimal investment and low operating costs.  

Netzsch Nemo BY Series progressive cavity pumps find application in:

  • Food and chemical industries
While standard housings in these pumps are made of cast iron and stainless steel, the wetted parts are available in numerous materials.  

Parts for the Netzsch Nemo BY Series progressive cavity pump are available in mild steel, stainless steel and tool steel. Elastomers such as highly abrasion-resistant natural rubber, oil, acid and alkali-proof elastomers as well as Viton are available in the BY Series pump range.  

Shaft seals range from single-acting mechanical seals with and without quench to double-acting mechanical seals in back-to-back or tandem arrangement in addition to cartridge seals.
