Integrity Pumps and Engineering now offer the Mono CP Series pumps. The simple design along with sturdy lightweight design make the conveniently compact Mono CP Series pumps ideal for domestic pumping or light industrial designs. There are four models in the Mono CP Series pumps (CP11, CP25, CP800 and CP1600) each operating on the well proven “progressive cavity” principle and between the models there a variety of performance capabilities, up to a maximum capacity of 1250 litres/min and pressures up to 28 metres.

Features of the Mono CP Series pumps include:

Single mechanical seal
Self priming up to 6 metres
Stainless steel internal rotating parts
Close coupled drive arrangement
Simple and easy to maintain
BSP threaded port connections
Stainless steel fasteners
Low maintenance
High suction lifts
Long lasting, low replacement costs
Corrosion free, long life
Compact in size

Typical products/applications or the Mono CP Series pumps are:

Milk
Honey
Food colour
Fruit juice
Wine
Detergents
Mustard
Domestic water supply
Septic effluent
Oily water

The Mono CP Series pumps use the famous helical rotor pumping principle. The heart of the Mono CP Series pumps is the single helix metal rotor which rotates within a double helix resistant stator of twice the pitch length of the rotor. The cavity progresses towards the discharge end advancing in front of a continuously forming seal line, carrying the pumped material with it.
