Lowara DOC Series pumps now available from Integrity Pumps and Engineering

Integrity Pumps and Engineering now offer the Lowara DOC Series pumps, available with three basic versions from 0.3kw to 0.7 kw power, which are versatile, corrosion-resistant and compact.

The Lowara DOC Series pumps are available in three differing versions:

  1. Single-phase 220V 50Hz  2 poles (2850 rpm)
  2. Three-phase 380-415V 50Hz 2 poles (2850 rpm)
  3. 60Hz and without floats models or tube-float switch
The single-phase version pumps feature pre-assembled floats for automatic pump operation, thermal overload protection to stop pump supply in case of overheating, and built-in capacitors. The Lowara DOC series pumps are supplied with or without a float switch and a built-in capacitor. The motor on the Lowara DOC Series pumps are cooled by the pumped liquid and thermal overload protection to protect the pump in case of overheating.

Product specifications for the Lowara DOC Series pumps include:

  • Maximum liquid temperature of the pumps: 40 degrees Celcius with partially submerged pump
  • These pumps feature a dry motor
  • Maximum immersion depth of the pumps: 5 metres
  • The DOC3 pump has a delivery of 145 litres/min, head up to 7 m, and passes suspended solids up to 10 mm in diameter
  • The DOC7 pump has a delivery of 225 litres/min, head up to 11 m, and passes suspended solids up to 10 mm in diameter
  • The DOC7VX pump has a delivery of 180 litres/min, head up to 7 m, and passes suspended solids up to 20 mm in diameter
  • The electric motor of these pumps is protected by a three lip seal
  • An impeller counterblade system on the pumps keeps solid particles away from the seal unit to prevent damage to the lip seals and ensure their long-lasting efficiency
  • A double Labyrinth and a V-ring on the shaft have also been provided
Lowara DOC Series pumps are used in applications such as emptying of residential sump pits, rainwater tanks and laundry drainage; the transferal of water from tanks and swimming pools; garden and lawn irrigation, with suction from rainwater tanks; water display and fountains and emergency draining of flooded basements and garages.
