Integrity Pumps and Engineering have the Baker SW-Series centrifugal pump available where some of the important advantages of choosing the Baker SW-Series centrifugal pump are economy, reliability and the convenience of being designed and manufactured to one of the world’s most widely accepted pumping standards.
The Baker SW-Series centrifugal pumps can be fully assembled with couplings, coupling guards, belt drives, electric motors and diesel engines – all mounted on generously proportioned, fabricated steel base plates – ready to install. The combination of the back pull-out facility with spacer coupling reduces maintenance problems and minimizes costly down-time. The casing cover, impeller and associated components can be removed without disturbing the pipe work or the drive motor.
The Baker SW-Series centrifugal pumps are a range of general purpose centrifugal pumps designed and built for long service and low maintenance.
Casing – close grained, cast iron, volute type with anti-swirl vane in the suction port.
Housing – one piece casting for strength, durability and rigidity, giving positive location to casting for accurate coupling alignment.
Stuffing Box – four rings of quality packing and lantern ring.
Bearing – antifriction heavy duty ball bearings, positioned at outer limits to eliminate large load thrust in either direction, standard grease lubrication.
Impeller – close grain cast iron or bronze, single suction, enclosed vane type, dynamically balanced.
Shaft – 316 grade stainless steel
Back Cover – close grain cast iron, high performance type
