Integrated Recycling  supplied a specialised range of recycled plastic bollards for the conservation area within Stockland's Highlands Project at Craigieburn in Victoria.

The conservation zone houses the endangered Golden Sun Moth depicted in the bollards. The Golden Sun Moth is listed as critically endangered under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

Dedicated to reducing waste by recycling materials to create engineered endurance products, Integrated Recycling has helped decrease the amount of waste plastics in the form of polyethylene polymers and polystyrene being sent to landfill.

The IR-supplied recycled plastic bollards were selected by the new Highlands estate in Melbourne’s North to protect their conservation site from damage.

The recycled plastic GSM bollards feature a decorative acrylic plate depicting the endangered moth and are used to section off the area.
