Insignia becomes a Strategic Alliance Partner of GS1

Insignia , the company that understands the importance for barcodes to scan right each time, is now a Strategic Alliance Partner with GS1 Australia.

GS1, the organisation that mandates barcode standards, reports that of its one and a half million members, approximately over five billion barcode scanning transactions can occur globally in one day.

Insignia, with 40 years knowledge in the printed label industry, is continually investing in the next level of advanced technology and resource training to ensure it continues to produce its ISO accredited barcode labels.

Insignia advises its customers on its recent upgrade from Business Alliance Partner to the peak partnership tier of Strategic Alliance Partner with GS1 Australia.

GS1’s Manager, Alliances & Partnerships, Joseli Munive, is pleased to announce ‘as of the first of July this year, insignia has achieved the status of Strategic Alliance Partner with GS1 Australia’.

As a Strategic Alliance Partner, Insignia will now hold a position on the GS1 Advisory Group.

In conjunction with GS1 executives, the group meets with other Strategic Alliance Partners quarterly to discuss and create input to development and industry relevant topics.

GS1 regard the partnership as a two way commitment with opportunities for Insignia to participate in joint case studies, present at GS1 industry events where applicable and be published in promotional and marketing collateral.

Insignia will also be profiled as Strategic Alliance Partner at the GS1 Knowledge Supply Chain Centres located in Sydney and Melbourne.

Insignia has been recognised and granted a Strategic Alliance Partner with GS1 Australia because of its expertise in printed labels and label printers, its continual focus on quality and its ongoing investment in technology.

GS1 Australia recommends Insignia to its multi-industry members’ database, qualifying insignia’s position as a trusted market leader in its field of printed labels and label printers.

Insignia works closely with customers in industries such as grocery, foodservice, liquor, and healthcare, where 100% barcode compliance is essential.

As a Strategic Alliance Partner of GS1, customers of Insignia can be assured they are working with a quality solution provider for printed labels and label printers.
