Jacketed cooking kettles, available from Inox Fabrications Australia , are primarily used in the food, dairy and beverage industry for soups, processed sauces and other food products requiring cooking and cooling.
A horizontal scraped surface agitator of the jacketed cooking kettle ensures even distribution of heat throughout the product and reduces ’burn-on’. The horizontal agitator also provides good mixing, particularly with product containing particulates.
The lower hemispherical shell and external steam jacket is constructed from SAF2205 providing increased longevity for use with steam and is designed in accordance with the Pressure Vessel code AS1210. Other components are manufactured from 316 SS for product contact surfaces and 304 SS for all other surfaces.
All internal surfaces of jacketed cooking kettles are of sanitary design and manufacture. All welds are ground smooth and flush and surface polished to food grade standards.
