iICE MDM v5.0 New Functionality

Windows XP and Vista Look and Feel: The user interface is consistent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. It also supports a multi document interface via tabs, similar to Excel
Microsoft Office XP style wizards to guide the user step by step through catalogue maintenance tasks
Dynamically generated personal views of catalogue data. This includes the ability to set the default criteria for a particular catalogue per user
User definable data types and relationships
Real time data validation at the point of entry
Approval Workflow for New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
Multi Value Attributes: An attribute can contain more than one value at any one time
Forms Designer tool to simply the process of creating data entry and view forms
Improved task scheduler with graphical calendar views and more choices for setting up task recurrence
Real time user definable queries and online reports. Included in this is the ability for a user to setup a group of commonly used search queries which can be easily accessed via Favourites
