Miyabi Restaurant featuring Modu Stainless Steel Sushi Conveyor
Crown Ventures has recently opened a new sushi restaurant at Foveaux St Surry Hills called Miyabi which in Japanese means elegant. The restaurant certainty lives up to its name with an elegant variety of different foods and offers an open spacious outlook with plenty of uncluttered space to relax into while enjoying the food.
Located on the lower ground floor patrons are shown a spectacular view with the centre piece being a 28 metre long Modu Stainless Steel Sushi Conveyor which surrounds a very large and active kitchen preparing food of numerous varieties by a number of expert Chefs.
Curtiss Atejo one of Crown Ventures Directors said "we specifically designed the shape of the sushi conveyor to suit the shape of the building and to give us the most effective use of room and also to give us the largest possible kitchen area”.
He went on to say "we bought the Modu Sushi Conveyor from Infovision Consulting Group because they area local company and gave us the best possible support during the design, installation and commissioning”
Steve Rothwell who is the MD of Infovision Consuming Group said “The Modu Sushi Train Conveyor has a very attractive mirror finish stainless steel frame which adds to the look and presentation of any restaurant".
He went on to say "The poly carbonate stickers that are placed on the conveyor chain and are printed with the clients restaurant name to make it more personalized”
Crown Ventures also has a purpose designed Karaoke entertainment venue catering to the music enthusiast (with over 30,000 songs to choose from) with modern equipment - plasma screen and sound system - fitted to each of the eleven private rooms.
Crown Ventures provide comprehensive English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian and Thailand song collections with the latest update. The plush furnished rooms cater for groups as small as 5 persons up to the VIP room which can cater up to 35 people and has its own pool table.
Infovision Consulting Group is the Australian Agent for Modu System conveyors and provides other items such are the complete fitout of the counter and seating areas, restaurant design, rice making robots and other varieties, sushi stools, plates and covers.
