Infovision Consulting Group install MODU LR Low Profile Sushi Belt Conveyor Trains for Merivale Group
Infovision Consulting Group have recently installed two of their new MODU LR Low Profile Sushi Belt Conveyor Trains for the Merivale Group at IVY.
The new MODU LR Low Profile Sushi Belt Conveyor Trains offer a spacious unobstructed counter with the plates of food gliding silently across the surface of the counter and can be built to any size, as is the case with Sushi Choo which was designed to suit the restaurant layout with a combined length of 47 metres.
The new MODU LR Low Profile Sushi Belt Conveyor Trains were recently handed over to Merivale at the Sushi Choo Restaurant when Shaun Presland, Executive Chef of the Tepanyaki and Sushi Choo restaurants, accepted the handover certificates from Steve Rothwell, Infovision Consulting Group’s Managing Director.
Traditional sushi belt conveyor trains normally sit on top of the counter but the new MODU LR Low Profile Sushi Belt Conveyor Train is designed so that it is built into the counter.
As a result, the MODU LR Low Profile Sushi Belt Conveyor Train disappears below the surface of the counter with the plates of sushi food easily taken from the flat surface in front of the patrons.
Steve Rothwell said “The new MODU LR Low Profile Sushi Belt Conveyor Train is that unlike normal sushi belt trains it can travel around very large radius bends up to 3000mm radius and can even do almost 360 degree circles as part of some of the features it offers.”
