Reporting data analysis tools from Infotronix

Infotronix  offers reporting and data analysis products including continuous miner performance analysis tools, data visualisation and storage tools, WEB based reporting software and mining process improved tools.

Infotronix has released a reporting system and data logging which helps in analysing and reporting operational and bolting performance of continuous miner. This report from Infotronix offers visualisation of individual activities. Operational based reporting includes performance matrics and operational report. The performance matrics include pump, cutter and bolter utilisation, cutting cycles, bolt while cutting radio, average shuttle car delay. The operational report includes cuttler, bolter, training activities. The bolting based performance matrics include average cycle time, total bolt while cutting time.

The WEB reporting system and data analysis are ideal for water treatment, weighbridge system, mine equipment monitoring, mine equipment and process performance monitoring. Infotronix has also developed add on reporting modules to help in visualisation and analysis of historical data. It also helps in calculating performance metrics which are stored in database files. These are maintained by Data Logging system. The add-on reporting modules from Infotronix include graphing and trending of critical performance metrics. These graphing and trending metrics include bolting while cutting ratio, average shift cycle time and extracting of data.
