INECOM has announced the release in Australia of version 5.5 of Sage's Line 500. Amongst the many new features included in the release is the comprehensive Business Intelligence Suite.
Business applications such as planning, forecasting, scorecards, sales and financial reporting, together with end user analysis, can now be delivered immediately.
Exploiting the simplicity of a spreadsheet and the scalability and robustness of a corporate database, Sage Line 500 V.5.5 represents a step forward in monitoring business performance.
Sage's Line 500 has already been implemented and used by thousands of Australian and worldwide manufacturing companies.
Now with Version 5.5's Business Intelligence it offers complete reporting, analysis and application solutions, reading and writing to one or more QLAP cubes, delivering 'one version of the truth' for performance management, financial reporting, scorecards, profitability, sales analysis, dashboards, planning, budgeting and risk assessment.
Version 5.5 encompasses drilldown, slice and dice, reporting, exceptions, forecasting, charting and custom calculations.
Full integration with Microsoft Excel also offers users a totally familiar interface along with wizards to help build the applications they require.
Web-enablement means individual management dashboards can be easily configured, giving complete information to the people who require it and protecting it from those who do not.
