Moving floor automated loading system available from Industrial Conveying

ICA has made its Moving floor automated dock-to-trailer loading system available, which is ideal for computer sequenced deliveries particularly for the automotive components industry.

Ideal for shuttle operation between factory and warehouse, the moving floor system can be easily fitted into new and existing truck bodies, suitable for dry freight or refrigerated options.

Brought to Australia and New Zealand in association with UK Company Joloda, the moving floor is compatible with all roller systems and requires only one operator.

This flat-slat moving floor system allows pre-assembled loads up to 30 tons to be transferred from a dock and into a trailer in less than one minute and pallets, stillages or loose parcels can be handled individually allowing total flexibility.

Dock to trailer transfer is made simple by incorporating a hinged drop-down tailgate with powered rollers at the end of the moving floor. To maximise payload, double and multi-deck moving floor trailers and docks are available.

The moving floor has dual power AC/DC for mains loading at the warehouse and battery powered unloading for remote sites and a fail-safe back-up system is also incorporated.

The moving floor loading system of Industrial Conveying meets the stringent requirements of the ISO 9001, UKAS quality management and CE machinery directive.
