The Creform Pick-To-Light system is an error detection system that has been devised to suit assembly lines in the auto, manufacturing and general processing sectors and prevents the wrong part from entering an assembly.

Distributed in Australia by Industrial Conveying , the machine also helps avoid costly line shut downs and rework expenses while reducing non-value added time.

The error detection system ensures consistent performance and an improvement in quality and productivity.

The ability to use the system at the picking side and the loading side of a parts presentation rack means it operates as a ‘Poka Yoke’ type of error prevention system.

The Creform Pick-To-Light System is easily adaptable to any new or existing Creform racking or workstations and can tell an operator which part to pick or when a wrong part has been picked.

All activity is sequenced to the assembly line and the system is also able to tell the operator the quantity needed.

It can also match assembly line requirements in sequence centres and is ideal for kitting areas.

The Creform Pick-To-Light error detection system can be incorporated into an internal LAN system and is capable of communicating with internal LAN systems for inventory control. It has the ability to read barcodes or RF’s from a manifest and can read off a moving assembly line.

The types of Creform Pick-To-Light error prevention systems on offer are lights, lights with pushbutton or toggle confirmation, lights with photo sensors, light curtains and LED display.
