Improvement Tools.com have introduced a Lean workbook named ‘BackStreet Lean’ for shops and manufacturers. Through the application of Lean in the job shops, a group of plants decided to share their practices in the Running Lean series of workbooks. BackStreet Lean is a part of this series and provides the foundation for all job shops and small manufacturers.
