Vacuum belt in labellers
The vacuum belt is a standard feature for most Impresstik in-line round bottle labellers and it allows for total flexibility in applying one or two (front and back) labels per bottle.

The vacuum belt allows placing front and back labels from one web onto the bottle instead of one full wrap around label. This process reduces the cost of the label because less material is required, as label length will be reduced. This results in the bottles being able to travel closer together and in some cases will result in higher output rates.

The vacuum belt can also be used to label bottles that are less perfect and this system will minimise creases & wrinkles.
