Supplier News

IMAGINiT Technologies , a division of Rand Worldwide together with ADA CADPartners Pty. Ltd. have launched the first Australian Autodesk University Extension Summit.

The Summit is a premier technical event for manufacturing, architecture and building professionals, bringing some of the most dynamic Autodesk University speakers to three Australian cities.

Colin Tyack, Managing Director, ADA CADPartners says that the 3-city tour is being organised for the benefit of several of their customers and colleagues who couldn’t attend Autodesk University in Las Vegas in 2010.

He adds that the deep content of the Australian Autodesk University Extension Summit combined with a great networking opportunity makes this a must-attend event in 2011 for every manufacturing, architectural and engineering professional.

Among the manufacturing, architecture and building experts scheduled to speak in the three-city Australian tour are two IMAGINiT Technologies experts from the United States, Mark Flayler and Scott Buchanan.

Mark Flayler is an Autodesk certified instructor and will deliver the manufacturing focused sessions.

Scott Buchanan, a Revit platform and BIM expert will deliver the Autodesk Revit and BIM-related sessions.

Michael Lachs, Australian Managing Director, IMAGINiT Technologies comments that the Summit brings local industry professionals rich, interactive and case study-based content developed with their global expertise.

The Summit will be held in Adelaide and Melbourne and consists of a full-day program offering elective options that will allow participants to focus on topics tailored specifically for their jobs. The previously cancelled Brisbane event has now been rescheduled and will take place on February 4 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Opportunities for professional networking will also be facilitated at the event.

Advanced registration is required for the Summit in each of the three cities.
