The Australian division of IMAGINiT Technologies will rebrand as Redstack, following the company’s growth and success in the Asia Pacific market. The division specialises in providing technology solutions to businesses with engineering, architecture and design capabilities.
Effective Tuesday, December 3, the rebranding marks a strategic intent to grow local operations throughout Australia and Asia Pacific while leveraging successful global partnerships.
Redstack will continue to exclusively resell IMAGINiT Technologies products and services.
Managing director Michael Lachs said the rebrand allowed the business to refocus on enhancing local clients’ productivity.
Sales director Phillip Amato said the new brand would assist Redstack to develop local markets, and describes the rebranding as a logical step in their succession, giving them an umbrella under which they can continue to expand their capabilities and locations during the next phase of growth and development within Australia.
Mr Amato and Mr Lachs sold their technology and services business, Progroup, to the US-based RAND Worldwide in 2001, then repurchased it earlier this year.
As the original owner of the business and managing director for the past 15 years, Mr Lachs is happy to once again be 100 per cent focused on the Australia and Asia Pacific regions.
Redstack provides software, services, training and support, and will act as the exclusive partner and reseller for IMAGINiT Technologies.
Mr Lachs said the Redstack brand would also be used by partner organisations throughout the Asia Pacific region. He adds Australian engineers, architects and designers can continue to receive the benefits of global resources while partnering with an Australian business for local service and support.
Marketing specialist Rob Fischer said the new Redstack brand and website (redstack.com.au) represented the company’s innovative response to market, and reflected their ability to deliver productivity and innovation with creative solutions that bring order to chaos.
Redstack has planned a number of brand launch activities. Special software and training offers are also available for a limited time, including 25 per cent savings on Autodesk software and 20 per cent off scheduled training courses.
